Presenters:

Robin M. Throckmorton, M.A., SPHR, is the founder and senior consultant with Strategic HR, Inc., a human resources management consulting firm and co-founder of e-HResources.com, an online consulting firm.  She has been a consultant for over 12 years with healthcare, manufacturing, service, and non-profit organizations creating solutions to help them recruit and retain the best and the brightest employees.

 

Robin is the co-author of Bridging the Generations Gap (January 2007).  She is a frequent speaker for professional associations and conferences on the topics of generational differences, retention, recruitment strategies, and labor trends.

 

Robin holds a BS from Purdue University in Management and a Master of Arts in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati. 


Linda Gravett, Ph.D. is the founder and senior partner of Gravett and Associates, a management consulting firm and co-founder of e-HResources.com, an online consulting firm.  She has consulted with manufacturing, service, nonprofit, and public organizations for 15 years, helping clients develop and leverage the competencies and abilities of a diverse workforce.  Linda has a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology, a Masters in Labor and Employment Relations, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting.  She is the author of HRM Ethics and co-author of Bridging the Generations Gap.  Linda is a frequent presenter at national conferences on the topics of conflict resolution, ethics, generational differences, and communication across genders.
