Dear Prospective Member:
Thank you for your interest in ReSource’s membership program. Our non-profit agency provides products and services to nearly 500 non-profits in the tri-state area and we look forward to serving your agency. If you would like to visit our location before deciding on whether membership is right for your agency, you are welcome to do so. You will find directions to our location and hours of operation in the enclosed membership packet.
In order for your agency’s membership to be processed, you will need to:
1. Provide all of the requested supporting documents. We are not able to accept other documents as substitutes for the information that is required.
2. Make sure that all documentation has the current name and address of your organization. If the name and/or address have changed, please provide the legal documentation noting these changes.
3. Have the membership application signed by the Chief Operating Officer.
4. Provide a check imprinted with your agency’s name for the membership fee. The name on the check must match the name on the membership application, unless a government entity is your agency’s financial agent and will be providing payment.
If your agency’s application packet is not complete or if information provided does not have your agency’s up-to-date information, it will be returned. If you have any questions concerning membership requirements outlined in the package, don’t hesitate to call us at 513/554-4944.
Once we have received the complete packet your membership will be processed within 3 business days. Your organization will be notified by mail. At that time your representatives will be welcome to shop at our agency during normal business hours.
