Dear Current ReSource Member:

 

Your agency was one of nearly 500 non-profits holding membership in ReSource in 2007. We appreciate your support. Your agency’s membership expires on December 31, 2007. In order for your membership not to be interrupted, we must receive your renewal and payment prior to January 1.

 

This year, renewing is easier than ever! Just click on "Renewing Membership Application" below and download the following forms:

 

·         The membership application

·         Your state's tax exemption form

 

If your agency has relocated and/or changed its name we will need additional information:

 

1.      An updated copy of your agency's 501 (c) (3) with the new name and/or address. You may acquire this easily by contacting the phone number on your current 501 (c) (3) and asking for an updated copy. They will ask that you fax them the request on your agency's letterhead signed by your CEO.

 

2.      An updated, signed, notarized, in force lease or mortgage agreement for your agency's new location, or a copy of your deed if your agency owns the property.

 

If your agency's administrative office has moved to an individual's home, your agency no longer meets ReSource's membership requirements.

 

Please mail your complete renewal packet with your agency’s check for your membership fee to ReSource and we will process your membership. Remember, payment must be made with a check imprinted with your agency’s name.
